2. Payment Terms

For purchases made via the App Store, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees (including renewals) through your designated payment method. Note that product/service prices may be adjusted, and charges will apply at the revised rates. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled manually. Upon cancellation, the subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable, though we reserve the discretionary right to issue refunds, which does not establish an obligation to do so.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are either (a) at least 13 years of age, or (b) legally emancipated with parental/guardian consent, and fully capable of accepting and complying with all terms herein.

4. Assignment of Rights

You may not transfer any rights or licenses under this agreement, whereas we retain unrestricted transfer rights.
